Software can only be returned if it has not been removed from original packaging. If seals are broken it will not be accepted.
Computers are covered by our 30 DAY WARRANTY which applies to U.S. sales only ( Items shipped to addresses outside the U.S. are not covered by this warranty.):

30 Day Warranty: If it stops working within 30 days of the auction close you can return it (at your own cost) and we will refund the list price and original shipping charges. To receive FULL refund printers must be returned with original toner cartridge, original infeed tray and all original parts. Computers must also be returned with original parts (hard drives must have same serial numbers as our records) If it is returned without any of these only a partial refund will be given. Percent of refund dependent on replacement cost of parts not returned. SOLD "AS IS" Cosmetically.
